Proposed improvements to the user validation flow
If you are not logged in, if you access a process that requires validation, you are prompted to login and then the validation procedure is repeated with the census (even if your user has already completed it).
In this case you should modify the procedure to redirect you directly to the process if your user is already validated.
The correct flow would be as follows:
user not logged in > access to participatory process requiring authentication > login request > check that the user is already authorised > redirection to the process.

Can you confirm if this is happening in v0.26.0? It could be also on how that particular verification is implemented.
