Changes at "Name of submitter not included in Proposal component export"

When all proposals are exported into CSV or Excel, by clcking "Export All", the output file does not include the name of the submitter of the proposal (only CSV and Excel formats were tested).

We would ideally like to see both the submitter name and a link to their decidim profile, to facilitate managing their proposal content with them.
