+ 1. The members of the Executive Directorate may determine the appropriate reporting and other organizational structures within the Technical Office staff as needed to accomplish the responsibilities of the Technical Office.
+ 2. The Executive Directorate may receive and/or initiate contact and develop relationships with external parties, including potential Association partners as necessary to further the accomplishment of the Technical Office’s responsibilities.
+ 3. The Executive Directorate can apply for funding and define the projects to submit, based on the strategic direction defined in the annual plan.
+ 4. Manage the budget on a daily basis and propose a budget for the upcoming year.
+ 5. Make decisions on a day-to-day basis regarding the management of the TO and their projects.
