4. Powers

1. The members of the Executive Directorate may determine the appropriate reporting and other organizational structures within the Technical Office staff as needed to accomplish the responsibilities of the Technical Office.  2. The Executive Directorate may receive and/or initiate contact and develop relationships with external parties, including potential Association partners as necessary to further the accomplishment of the Technical Office’s responsibilities.  3. The Executive Directorate can apply for funding and define the projects to submit, based on the strategic direction defined in the annual plan. 4. Manage the budget on a daily basis and propose a budget for the upcoming year. 5. Make decisions on a day-to-day basis regarding the management of the TO and their projects.
