+Accountability
+ 1. The Executive Directorate is accountable to the Coordination Committee on a regular basis. At least one person from the Directorate shall attend CC meetings to share the work done by the Technical Office.
+ 2. The Executive Directorate must report to the General Assembly of the Association at least once a year, sharing the efforts and results of the past year and articulating progress on the current strategic approach for the Association.
+ 3. The Executive Directorate shall consult with the Coordination Committee on those decisions that - by their nature - are considered strategic.
+ 4. The Executive Directorate shall draw up an Annual Report of activities to be published on the Association's official channels.
