Automatic translation for user generated content

We are working with the Belgium Federal State. As Dutch and French are official languages our client is asking of us ways we could provide automatic translation to user generated content like proposals and comments . We've been exploring services like Deepl.com that seem to provide an interesting alternative to Google translate. What does the Decidim community thinks of such a feature ?
