Allow filtering and ordering on processes on admin side

When an admin goes to processes tab on admin side, It shows a collection of Processes in a way that the administrator cannot change. I suggest that we have an ordering by default : - Highlighted first - Newly created first - reverse chronologic order And allow admin to filter them, as you can do for proposals
