Add a younger touch to Decidim design.

I am deeply fan of the badges you have proposed on the Decidim platform. The design with blue stars on white background in an orange circle is very modern and pleasant. This contrasts a bit with Decidim's black and orange design, which therefore seems a bit outdated. Maybe we could try to refresh the overall design a little?
