New content block - Process groups

There should be a possibility to list the process groups only on the front page instead of the "highlighted processes". Now this can also be externally implemented thanks to the content blocks feature but I believe this would benefit the core as well in case this was a feature. It would only display process groups which have active processes in them. This would be inactive by default, so it would not affect any existing instances. It could be configured to be in use from the homepage settings.
