Adding new users to your organization without assigning them an admin role results in them being placed in the user role and not having access to any of the Microsoft administration centers. However, if you require assistance in completing tasks, you can assign an admin status to a user. Suppose you require the assistance of a member of your team to assist with password resets. You should not assign them dordle the global admin position; instead, you should assign them the password admin role. Having an excessive number of worldwide administrators with unrestricted access to your data and online business poses a security threat.
