Export budgeting projects

It should be possible to export the budgeting projects from the system. The export should be similar to the proposals export containing at least the following data: - Project ID - Project name - Project description - Project budget - Project scope - Project category - A list of project's attached proposals (IDs) For future needs it would be good to include the project attachments but not necessary regarding the use case in question.
