Add traceability to process groups

Hi, Currently, the changes that exist in the process group are not reflected in the Adminlog. This was reported: https://meta.decidim.org/processes/bug-report/f/210/proposals/14633 From @coditramuntana we'd like to contribute to make this functionality possible. We believe that this action goes in the line of the section of Transparency, traceability and integrity of the social contract (https://docs.decidim.org/social-contract/en/social-contract/) Improvement: We will add the CRUD actions of process groups to the administrator's ActionLog.
