Improve the admin accountability index (UX)

The accountability index is quite hard to use when there is a lot of projects. You have to search into all pages to find and edit a project, and do it again if you want to add a project evolution. Then, as an admin, I'd like : - to have a search bar into the admin panel in the accountability index - to have a "Project Evolution" button next to the "Update result" button when editing a project so I can go directly to the project evolution index. Furthermore, I'd like the project index : - to show the progress percentage - to show the category of the project
