Show remaining budget for user in budgeting module

In the budgeting component, users can only see how much budget they have used, but not how much budget there is left. Users need to count by themselves how much money is left and what projects they can still add to the cart. This is difficult to some people. Please add a field where remaining budget (= total budget - budget used) is shown to the user.
