[Admin] View the category and subcategory of each result
When you are managing the result of the accountability component you must go inside the result if you want to know in which category is linked.
If you have the same name result for more than 3 categories, you loose a lot of time finding in the admin board. This functionality would improve the UX of accountability managing by category&subcategory column
