Create Initiatives export

As an admin, I want to be able to export all the initiatives (or those resulting from a research / selection) in a structured format (json, xml, ou csv), with, at least, the following columns : - ID - Title - Description - Status - Initiative type - Scope - Creation date - Publication date - Signature collection start & end date - Signature collection type - Number of signatures - URL of author & co-authors profiles
