Share unpublished components with manageable tokens

As part of the development of Allow testing surveys prior publication, the need for a system that allows sharing unpublished components with non-admin users has arised. Currently the only way of previewing an unpublished component is to be a logged admin.
Describe the solution you'd like
A simple system that uses expirable tokens in the URL could allow sharing these unpublished components and easily manage the access to these resources.
Describe alternatives you've considered
To patch this by adding a single token in the surveys component settings.

Could this issue impact on users private data?
It could if the shared unpublished components have such data.
