Add a config flag to disable the registration code

Currently, registration codes are automatically sent and displayed on the meeting page for users that registered to the meeting. We aim to add a config flag so the administrator can disable this feature if not needed.

Describe the solution you'd like

On the meeting configuration form in Back-End, add a config flag in Global settings allowing the administrator to disable the registration code display on meeting’s page and in the registration confirmation notification.
