Enable color code to distinguish official meetings from user meetings

When enabled, the difference between official meetings and meetings created by users or user groups is not very clear on meetings map.

Describe the solution you'd like

As a user, I'd like to be able to distinguish between official and user generated meetings on the meeting map.

• For official meetings, the pin on the map should be red (as it is now).
• For user and user groups meetings, the pin on the map should take the platform primary colour.
