Show end time in the card and detail of debate

Right now, end time of debate it's not shown. Without this information, participants can't know when the debate is finished. This is why we need to display the end time.

1- As a user, I can see end time in the debate card

2- As a user, I can see end time in the detail of the debate

This only affects in the debate componente.
