Add areas to "my interests"

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
It's great to be able to follow scopes in my profile, in the "My interests" tab but it would be great to be able to follow areas as they can be used to classify participatory processes in a thematic dimension (scopes being often used for geographic dimensions)

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add the areas to the "My interests" page.

**Does this issue could impact on users private data?**

No

**Funded by**
Maire de Toulouse

@OSP we need a design for this. Bear in mind that the actual interface is not scalable in terms of design.

@carol what do you mean by not scalable ? Do you want use to propose an alternative design for the scopes too ?
Also, I was wondering what the notification based on "My interests" actually look like and how they were trigerred ? Do you have documentation you can point me to ?
