Changes at "Add a way to get to component settings from component admin"

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

When I am in the admin area inside a component (proposals, meetings...) it's very hard to go to its settings. I need to click on the \"Components\" link in the sidebar, and then click on the cog. The first step, clicking the \"Components\" link, is misleading because I'm already inside a component, and then clicking the cog but having the pencil (which takes me back to the component) is confusing too. Also, clicking the component name in the table takes me to the public page of the component, which is also misleading (maybe use an \"eye\" icon for that just like in the rest of the admin?)

A better UI for this section. Maybe a button to get to the settings once I'm inside the component would be nice.
