Enable rich text editor on assemblies and processes metadata fields

As admin I need to be able to ad links or bullet point list to some of the metadata fields.

I'd like to enable the rich text editor on the metadata fields (see attachement)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Not filling the metadata fields and put the info in the description field that has a rich editor.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
