Export debate comments

For the Proposals component, admins can export the proposals' comments to a spreadsheet, but this feature is not available for the Debates component (which also has comments).

Describe the solution you'd like

As an Admin, I can export a spreadsheet (.csv, .ods and .xls) with the comments for a debate, where a row will feature the comment itself, its rating (upvotes / downvotes), and which debate it belongs to.

Could this issue impact on users private data?

No, since no reference to the user will be exported with the comment.
