Changes at "Duplicate questions in consultations"

When setting up a consultation it would be very helpful to have a button with the ability to duplicate a question. This would save the admin a considerable amount of time, especially if answers, images and text are copied from question to question.

**Describe the solution you'd like** A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. 

Adding the same button that already exists in meetings to duplicate a meeting would solve the problem. 

The procedure would be similar to duplicating a meeting, being able to edit the title and subtitle of the question as well as the possibility of copying or not the answers.
