Personal drafts / unfinished work section under the profile menu

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

We have heard in multiple occasions that if people save their work as a draft (e.g. a proposal) and later want to come back to the draft, they find it extremely hard to discover their previously created drafts (e.g. proposal drafts).

A natural place where the users have reported to be searching for the drafts is under the personal profile menu. After they fail to find the drafts there, they will send furious messages to support that the system lost their hard work they started to do earlier.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

Listening to the user feedback from the real users, most of them have been searching for the drafts under their personal profile menu.

Therefore, I suggest adding a new section under the personal profile menu for the "Drafts". It would show all unpublished work the user has previously saved as draft.

As another thought, maybe the same section could be also utilized for other "unfinished work", such as unconfirmed votes (related issue: Send reminders to users with pending votes).

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

Currently the alternative is to guide the users to discover their draft from the site. But many users find it extremely frustrating that they have to browse through multiple views in order to continue from where they left from.

**Additional context**

This is actual user feedback from real participant end users that has been forwarded to us.

**Does this issue could impact on users private data?**

No.

**Funded by**

No funding available straight away, but possibly later on.

Yes, that is what I meant.

Where the dropdown opens by clicking your name, there would be a section for "Drafts" or "Unfinished work" or something along these lines.
