As a user who created a meeting and published a meeting report I'm frustrated I cannot edit that meeting report. This is often necessary to correct typos or add complementary information.

Describe the solution you'd like

When a logged in user visits the page of a meeting she created and published a meeting minute.

Then I see button "Edit meeting report".

Additional context

Meeting minutes in the admin side can edit the meeting minute in the admin.
