Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
    As an admin/moderator

I want to be able to set up a notification to be sent to meeting organizers if their meeting passed and they didn’t published an event report so that the quality of the meetings on the platform is improved.

It is necessary to have the meeting reports filled in, therefore, email reminders will be sent to event organizers, as an initial notification and a reminder notification.

As an event organizer, I want to receive a notification if my meeting passed and I didn't publish a report so that I can remember to close it and attach the meeting report. Also, I want to receive another reminder at a given time if I still didn't have the chance to close the passed meeting.

    Describe the solution you'd like
The setting for the notification should be configurable through the admin dashboard (at meeting's component level) and should include 2 options:

    • initial notification - x days
    • reminder notification - after another x days.

    (see \"Related images\" section)

Based on those options from the admin dashboard, a cron job will schedule notifications for all the users who do not have a meeting report.

    Email subject:

\"You can now close your event with a report on the [ORGANIZATION NAME] platform\"

    Email text:

    \"Dear [NAME OF USER],

Thank you for taking part in the [ORGANIZATION NAME] by organizing the meeting \"[NAME OF THE MEETING].\" We hope you had a successful meeting and a lively discussion. We invite you to add a meeting report by using the \"Close Meeting\" button on the meeting page.

Sharing a meeting report ensures that participant have access to the ideas that were exchanged at your event and that these ideas can be taken into account in the analysis, allowing proper feedback and follow-up.

In the report, it would be useful to include information on the type of the meeting (e.g. participatory workshop, open space, world café), the number of participants and their demographic background (e.g. age, gender), the main subjects discussed and ideas suggested, the arguments that led to them, as well as the general atmosphere and expected follow-up. Please indicate the number of participants in the dedicated field when completing your meeting report.

We also encourage you to link proposals that emerged in the meeting to the ideas which have already been published on the platform. This is important for the analysis.

Your participation is greatly appreciated, please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.
