Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an admin/moderator I want to be able to switch off notifications coming from reported/blocked users via my profile -> notifications settings So that I can make sure I am following the information I am interested in.

Currently, there is no option for admins/moderators in order to switch off receiving the email notifications related to reported users/banned users.

    Describe the solution you'd like
We suggest including a new notification setting, enabled by default, on the user profiles for admins/moderators only.

    Acceptance criteria

    AC 1

Given an admin/moderator that logs into the platform When reaching the user profile, notifications settings area Then he will see another option, default enabled, under the ā€œAdministratorsā€ section, called ā€œI want to receive notifications when a user is being reported/blockedā€.

    AC 2

Given an admin/moderator that logs into the platform When reaching the user profile, notifications settings area Then he canĀ disable the option under the ā€œAdministratorsā€ section, called ā€œI want to receive notifications when a user is being reported/blockedā€.

    AC 1.2

Given a regular user that logs into the platform When reaching the user profile, notifications settings area Then he will not be able to see the section ā€œAdministratorsā€ section.

    AC3Ā

Given an admin/moderator When an user will be reported/blocked and he has the notification setting enabled Then he will receive email notifications regarding each user.

    AC3.1Ā

Given an admin/moderator When an user will be reported/blocked and he has the notification setting disabled Then he will not receive email notifications regarding each user.
