Canvis a "Order processes groups in processes page"

As an admin, I can order processes by giving them a weight, but I can't on processes groups. They are always displayed at the end of the processes list (highlighted or not).

Describe the solution you'd like

As an admin, I'd like to be able to add an \"Order position\" field in the creation and edition of processes groups, as for processes and assemblies.
