Changes at "Link to notifications settings in every email notification"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a user, when receiving a lot of emails from a Decidim platform, I can't find any indication of how to unsubscribe from these notifications in the email.

Add a text below the footer of the email to explain where I can unsubscribe from email notifications, with a link to the notification settings.
