Canvis a "Add vote count per budget on budgets index in BO"

As an administrator managing a participatory budget with a lot of budgets, I have to enter each budget to see the number of votes per budget.

Add a vote column in the budgets index in BO to have an overview of the distribution of votes by budget.

Additional context

May be this could come with a harmonization of the budget index (with filtering and ordering capabilities).

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
