Improvements on decidim-accountability module

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a participant I want to have further information of each project when I’m checking the timeline of the development of the project.
As an administrator I want to add more information in the timeline of the development of the project

Describe the solution you'd like
As a participant I want to see the details of the timeline, title and description. Now there is just the description field.
As an administrator i want to fill in the title and description field of the development of the project (result).

Describe alternatives you've considered
In the current description field: allow links to an item within the installation itself where more information can be found.
