Back To Top button on long pages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Scrolling through long pages or posts can be a tedious and time-consuming process.

Describe the solution you'd like

A "back to top" button is a small, but incredibly useful feature that allows users to quickly and easily return to the top of a page, especially when it is long - for example proposal lists. While it may seem like a minor detail, implementing a back to top button can provide several benefits for both users and admins.

First and foremost, a back to top button improves user experience. With a back to top button, users can quickly jump back to the top of the page without having to manually scroll all the way up. This can save users time and improve their overall experience on the platform.

Secondly, a back to top button can improve user engagement. When users can easily navigate a platform and find the information they need quickly, they are more likely to stay on the platform longer and explore more content. This can ultimately lead to increased user engagement and a higher likelihood of return visits.

Also, implementing a back to top button is a relatively simple and low-cost way to improve UX, so our suggestion is to test it out and roll-back if it doesn't work.
