Add social networks: Mastodon, telegram, peertube

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We are making a new "agenda" template for the newsletters: https://github.com/openpoke/decidim-module-newsletter_agenda which responds to the Canodrom's need to send the monthly/quarterly/etc program communication. In the footer, we are using Decidim's default social networks, so we don't have to fill in so many fields. Canodrom also uses social networks that are not included in Decidim: mastodon, telegram, peertube. We find that it is a general use case and that most organizations are using these tools.

We propose to add these three social networks with the ones that are already available in the configuration of the organization.
