Transparent Processes (similar to transparent assemblies)

You can make assemblies transparent: only members can participate, but non-members can see them. I would like to ask if there is a particular reason why this exists for Assemblies but does not exist for Processes?

If there is no reason for not having this feature in Processes, the proposal would be to implement the "Transparency" feature to Processes.
