Add confirmation email with answers in survey questionnaires

Sometimes participants are confused when they respond to a survey and receive no feedback.

Describe the solution you'd like
We propose to add a new feature that allows administrators to enable the option for participants to receive an email response confirmation with a copy of their responses attached when they complete a survey.

• This feature is optional in the config of each survey component.
• The copy of the responses is the PDF results document that Decidim generates for each response.
• This feature only works if the participant is a registered user.
