Flexible Admin-Configurable Display Order Options for Processes

In the current Decidim setup, managing the display order of processes is challenging, especially when dealing with a large number (over 100) of processes. The existing ranking system, while functional, becomes cumbersome in instances with numerous processes. This can lead to inefficiencies and difficulties in navigation.
Describe the solution you'd like
In the back office (for the default) and the front-office, introduce additional, admin-and-user-friendly options for sorting and displaying processes. These options could include sorting by the start date of the process, end date, alphabetical order, or other relevant criteria
Describe alternatives you've considered
One alternative might be enhancing the current ranking system to be more dynamic and user-friendly, possibly by implementing a drag-and-drop interface for ranking. However, this may still be cumbersome with a large number of processes.

This feature request pertains to the user interface and does not directly interact with or affect the handling of users' private data.
