Canvis a "Make the proposal map filterable"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The proposal map (the one on the top of the proposal list if geolocalisation is activated) is not filtered when proposals are filtered. For example you come to a proposal component, you filter the proposals by category, the cards displayed change, but the map doesn't.

Describe the solution you'd like
When you filter a proposal component, apply the filter not only to the cards and list of proposals, but also to the map.

This idea comes from Dimitri, consultant at Open Source Politics. It was suggested during an internal product feedback session.
