Changes at ""Other proposals" suggestions"

When someone views a proposal, it's a missed opportunity to keep them engaged by suggesting other relevant proposals. This kind of feature is common on many web platforms like YouTube's video suggestions or related articles in the media. If done ethically and in a balanced way (more on that below), it should greatly improve the experience. Especially as the concept of the drawer has been discarded.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a section for \"Other proposals\" alongside each proposal. This section would suggest proposals either based on criteria like location (using geocoding or scope) or category or it could also include random proposals or the most recent ones to encourage support for new ideas.
