Bulk-block participants when spam accounts have been registered

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have hundreds of spam accounts which have been created in our portal - while I appreciate there are ways to prevent this in the future, blocking them is very painful and extremely time consuming.

Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of having to manually click on the block button, write a description of the reason for blocking, and then blocking ... and then going back, finding the next user, and repeat - it should be possible to bulk-select participants and block (and maybe unblock) in bulk.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now, I am manually blocking the accounts. It's painful!

Additional context
I am implementing the various counter-spam modules etc out there, however this is a fundamental issue which I believe should be addressed by the core product.
