Custom redirect of users after they vote on a budget (+ custom "thank you and next steps" message)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently when a person finishes voting in a participatory budget, they are left to wander around without much context about what should they do next. This creates several issues:

  • Reduced engagement as users may simply leave the platform

  • Missed opportunities for gathering feedback

  • Risk of user confusion about whether their vote was properly recorded

  • Lost chances to direct users to related community initiatives

  • Potential drop in return visits due to lack of clear next steps

Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of just leaving people on a random page, we would suggest enabling admins to configure where people should be redirected after they finish voting. It would also be nice to be able to set a custom "thank you" message displayed in a popup alongside an explanation of where the people are redirected and why.

This solution would provide several benefits:

  • Better UX through clear next steps

  • Increased engagement by guiding users to relevant content

  • Opportunity to gather immediate feedback while user interest is high

  • Enhanced transparency by explaining the post-voting process

Practical example of how this is already used on the New York platform: after voting people are redirected to a survey where they are asked for feedback about the PB experience.

Additional context
We already have this feature in one of our modules, but we think many platforms would greatly benefit from it.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
