Two factor authentication for administrators

Admin accounts are not secure enough. If someone gets unauthorized access, they could cause serious damage.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add two-factor authentication (2FA) for admins:

1. Start with email codes

2. Later add support for authenticator apps, SMS, etc.

Each organization can choose to make 2FA required for all their admins.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
It would protect some of it because the admin panel would be more protected and thus access to user data more protected as well.
