Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It can be hard to get work done without offering workers something of value. Also, it's easy to make democratic decisions here, but actually managing pooled financial resources isn't.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like decidim instances to be able to interface with banks and even act like a bank to their users. So users can contribute funds to a group and collectively spend that money.

Beyond that, I'd like decidim instances to be able to mint their own digital currency that can be exchanged for money at a floating rate. This is what UMKC did with their buckaroo currency to mobilize people to work in public projects. https://www.huffpost.com/entry/the-umkc-buckaroo-a-curre_b_97044
