Canvis a "Too long forms in the admin GUI interrupt the editor's concentration when editing"

Please describe.
many forms in the admin interface are extremely long and complex. When making minor edits to the content, the admin always has to scroll to the end and submit the form. Time consuming, breaking the focus. Repeat endlessly

Describe the solution you'd like
Floating buttons in admin to avoid having to scroll through a long form
or collapse form to more compact size to avoid scrolling

Describe alternatives you've considered
or duplicate the submit / publish button to the top of the form as well

remember this feature as an preset for edit any form in admin GUI
