Canvis a "Refactor surveys component"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is a serious problem with the survey component. The problem is related to performance. If you have a lot of responses (which is what we want), it is not possible to load the administration page to download/view the responses. In addition, improvements are currently being made to the component that add more potential for use, but they do not fix the existing problem.

The JavaScript needs to be rewritten. And more things to make it functional
