Changes at "Participation first. At least two components on participat profile page."

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I join a Decidim community and I want to participate. But there is no opportunity open by the administrators. I want to be able to trigger conversations, deliberation, democratic opportunities. But as a regular user (not a participant, because there is no participatory space open), I cannot do anything. This is inconsistent with "participatory experience" and my expectations with Decidim.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want to be able to open participatory components at least on my profile, at least two (preferably proposals/debates/blog + meetings)

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative is to make some kind of self-organized permeable flow between administrator interface and participatory interface all across the platform, something that could blur altogether the separation between administrators and administrated people. But this alternative is very complex.
