Focus on making votes simpler and safer

There should be a focus of how voting can be streamlined in Decidim, thinking in integrating the following:

• Streamline voting in certain features through a voting booth/tunnel

• Secure identification by SMS

• Condition SMS authentication to only certain features and not all the platform

Steps have already been taken to integrate mobile phones into authentification, see original proposal here and issue here

A good start could be a workshop to check current developments by members and setting the needs.
