Help steps/context information on the administration dashboard

A great feature of Decidim is that this software acts as a toolbox that allows you to build anything from a ‘chair, to a room, to a house, or an entire neighbourhood.’

As in any construction process, it is necessary to have knowledge of the “steps” or ‘instructions’ to follow in order to achieve the result. In my opinion, decidim.org/docs is a site that explains the ‘materials’ to us.

I like that Decidim allows you to create your own constructions and that you don't have to follow a ‘form’ where the result is defined by the code and not by the administrator (you have no flexibility). To achieve this, I think we need more help in where the constructions are made, so my proposal is to do it in the administration dashboard itself.

In the administration panel, we could have different ‘steps’ or ‘recommendations’ so that any administrator can be “guided” through the ‘construction’ process.

I'm not entirely sure what the technical solution should be, but I'm sure it would increase the autonomy of administrators and reduce the learning curve. This functionality, together with the consistency of the UI, would be spectacular.
