Create a new homepage content block that welcomes the participant by name

There is currently no way to greet participants personally on the homepage. This limits opportunities for a more welcoming and personalised experience when users access the platform.

Introduce a new content block type for the homepage that dynamically displays a welcome message including the participant’s name (e.g., “Welcome back, Anna”). The block should be configurable from the admin panel like other content blocks.
